My mom has been at Maple Glen for a few weeks now, and the progress she’s made—both physically and mentally—has been incredible. The team here is truly caring and thoughtful, and it shows in everything they do. The visiting hours and convenient location have also made a huge difference for her spirits, allowing friends and family to stop by often. A special shoutout to Jenny in admissions, who was always available to answer questions and help with anything my mom needed. Highly recommend Maple Glen.

A wonderful facility with a dedicated staff. From the front desk to the physical therapists, everyone is professional and compassionate. They provided a safe, clean, and supportive environment for my dad's recovery. Five stars!

I would caution families against leaving a loved one at this facility and please check in on them more often if they are there . From the moment you walk in, the environment feels unwelcoming and neglected. The building itself looks very run down, more like an old motel than a rehabilitation or nursing facility. There is also a strong odor throughout the building, and the food is poor in quality, resembling institutional meals rather than what you would expect in a place meant for healing. After we raised concerns about the food, the director did attempt to address the issue, which we really appreciated and the kitchen staff did begin to provide better meals. However, by that point, there were simply too many red flags to feel comfortable keeping our mother there. The food was only one part of a larger problem. Most staff appeared visibly unhappy, unfriendly, and basic professionalism was lacking. Even the front desk staff did not acknowledge visitors upon arrival. While there were a few positive exceptions( the physical therapy staff were excellent, and we encountered one kind nurse or nursing assistant) those experiences were the exception, not the rule. Patients looked neglected and unclean. We never left my mother alone and took turns being with her around the clock for the short time she was there because it didn’t feel safe. We also observed patients wandering the halls and entering other patients’ rooms without supervision, raising serious safety concerns. It was clear that some patients required closer monitoring, yet this was not consistently provided. In addition while she was there (Dec.) there was no hot water and the heating system wasn’t working properly. In addition, we witnessed staff smoking with patients outside, which is not what families expect from a facility focused on rehabilitation, health, and safety. When entrusting a loved one to a nursing or rehab facility, families expect a clean, safe, and professional environment. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here and we ultimately decided it was not safe or appropriate to keep my mother at this facility and we moved her elsewhere and the difference has been night and day. I am honestly surprised at the positive reviews and it was the reason why we chose this place to start with but I wanted to share our experience. If in doubt, I would advise to ask for a tour of the facility before choosing and decide at that point instead of choosing blindly based on positive reviews like we did . Had we seen it in advance, we wouldn’t have placed her there . I’m seriously thinking these must be friends of the staff there posting these because I can’t fathom that people really give this place anything above 1 star.

I came to Maple Glen Center for rehabilitation after complicated ankle fracture and surgery. Right off the start the staff was very welcoming and professional. I knew exactly what to expect. I made huge progress in therapy and I am able to walk now. The unit manager and unit clerk were always very helpful with all my follow up appointments. My nurses were very attentive and addressed all my needs promptly. The medical care here is very good and I would highly recommend Maple Glen Center for all reahab needs.
