Our Mother began her stay at Maple Crest on June 19th and ended her stay when she passed away on July 9th. Her time there was fine, a few bumps but nothing to raise an issue about. My only suggestion would be; while the staff did their "job" they were less then sympathetic and showed zero empathy when her time came. Us kids standing at the elevator, crying our eyes out; just got staired at by the staff sitting at and leaning on the main desk of the floor - no one said one word to us even though they were the ones that cared for her 24/7 while she was there and they knew us because we were there each day. Then when I came back the next day to gather her belongings, to my surprise, it was already done. They packed her up and sterilized her room as if she never existed there. On with the next I suppose. While I know you have a "business" to run in that building, try to have more empathy for the families. A sorry for your loss would have made a difference. Holly & Shellda were amazing 👏

This review is to let prospective residents and their children know that Maple Crest Health Center has the most incredible caring and loving staff. Our father began his long-term stay there several months ago and we cannot say enough great things about them. Everyone in every department has shown my father great compassion and dignity in his most difficult moments. Do not let the old exterior of the building fool you, inside is a treasure of care givers who truly put their hearts into their work. We are truly blessed and grateful to have our father under their care. Many thanks to the entire staff for doing the incredible work they do!

Maple Crest Health Center has always been one of my favorite buildings. I have toured through many of the skilled nursing facilities in the city for other things and have never found a building so full of love, dedication, ad quality care. The building might be old but in my opinion, you won't find a place better committed to good care.
