The elevator has been intermittently out of order for multiple months over the past 2 years. This year has been about 10-12 weeks at least. Often weeks to months at a time. Without the elevator my loved one has to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to the main level and out of the door. This has made it difficult for him to join us on outings. I also have concerns regarding general safety of not having an operational elevator in this type of facility

House Of Hope does amazing work. The community is clean, ran by experts who truly care and they are the best in town.

Wonderful caring team. It feels like family taking care of family. Executive Administrator is very accommodating for a smooth admission process. It's my family member's new home.

Having a relative here, I believe he is being taken care of, but I am getting frustrated with the administration. Used to get letters, emails and calls with information, but now I have to call or go there ti find things out. Stood outside administration door one day, made eye contact when waiting for them to get done with their call. Waited at least 20 minutes then left. To me the professional thing to do would be to call to see what the person needed. Have had a big ordeal with the rent. My relative went on Medicade last September and should have been switched from private pay to Medicade and that didn't happen. So we are still waiting to resolve this. Wish I could move relative, but most places require private pay first to live at their facility.

I didn't even know House of Hope was nestled back here in the serene campus just north of Benson! Tons of old huge oak trees, wonderful grounds, even easier floor plans inside. Staff is very nice, professional and really get to know their residents! I would definitely recommend House of Hope and Royale Oaks to everyone!
