My mother went to ManorCare for short-term rehab for a fall. Supposed to be about two weeks then home. She left two months later DEAD. She developed a bedsore that went from nonexistent to worst level possible. No other healthcare facility would take her. She fell six times because of unlocked wheelchairs, no protection from falling out of bed etc. The third fall resulted in surgery and a hip replacement at Christiana. Don’t go here. Don’t go here. Don’t go here. The DOJ filed a lawsuit against sister facilities for egregious care. (Google Sept 2025). Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

This place is a dump. Don't go there. The food is horrible. The nurses couldn't care less about the patients. Nobody answers the bells. I tried to leave and they squelched it temporarily. My attorney is going to have to get me out next week. This place should be out of business. They are incredibly lazy. I have to complain to the state of Delaware next week.

Worst rehabilitation place ever, nurses are rude, didn't take care of my brother like supposed to.,they took his cane his insurance paid for lost his insurance card an id card..not ideal place for your love ones.you call they never answer, yet they have plenty of time to sit at desk an laugh an talk.

This facility needs to be looked at. Horrible customer service. My mother is afraid to ask for anything becsuse she gets ignored and dont want anyone to be upset with her for asking for any assistance. I can't get any questions answered regarding my mother account becsuse no one returns any messages or calls. I left message with front desk for the Manager in the business office Lynsay to return my call, even though Lynsay is in the office but wont answer the phone or allow voice messages. I also sent email to director Renee Boyer. Both unresponsive.
