This is my first time At ManhattanView Center. I was there to visit my sister and the floor and the facility are very clean. Peter at the front desk greeted by his smile. Wanda Smith,LPN 5th floor greeted me with a smile when I entered the unit, directed me to the room and she was very helpful to me as a visitor. They are 5 star employees.

Very efficient, on time, the Access Link manager made sure I was picked up and taken to my destination safely. Also, glad to see that the Uber driver was pleasant which made me feel safe and comfortable. Overall, I'm satisfied with my ride.

This place is not what they say... my husband had to wait for a hour or more for the nurse to attend to him..The food is horrible here and then when you ask for something else to eat they get upset and catch attitudes...the rooms are not as clean as they say I always come here and wipe down his room... nurses here come when they want to come some ignore the call bell... don't get me wrong he had 3 good nurses out of the whole facility.. Carmen, Eduardo, and Jessie..these 3 females did WONDERFUL taking care of my husband... They need new training for all staff in the facility
