the staff are horrible there and bullies DO NOT RECOMMEND the place is trifling starting with midnight cna sleeping in residents room and leaving behind a bunch of mess and trash that morning are forced to be responsible for the management have nasty attitudes behind closed doors and treat certain staff members terribly the only way to get your family taken care of is if you are heavily on it residents with no family are neglected there are MULTIPLE residents since i have been there that have passed away due to nurse and management neglect such as not sending them to hospitals from the first sign just so they can stay in a mejestic care bed and make money. THIS PLACE IS ABOUT MONEY NOT ABOUT WHATS BEST FOR YOU EDERLY FAMILY.

I've been my Aunt care giver for 16 years, when I had to make that hard decision to find her a home it crushed me. I was a nervous wreck for 2 weeks. But I'm happy that I found her this home. The staff is very accommodating to her special disability needs. Bill and Donna are the best. Her skin is beautiful, hair is always braided and she has adjusted to her new surroundings. I love the staff and especially the receptionist ( sorry don't know her name).

I recently had a tour of Majestic in Livonia with the intention of admitting my sister who has cancer. Amelia, the admissions director answered all of my questions while giving me a tour. My sister has been there for a couple of weeks now, and we are very happy with the facility and friendly staff. Review by Bill Larkin

My experience with Majestic Care Livonia has been nothing but positive. Every time I have been in the building I have witnessed staff going above and beyond because they truly care for the patients that reside here. I can truly say that this is a building that I have been to where I can see how much the staff cares for and loves the patients that they serve.
