Unfortunately, Ashia left the facility and shortly thereafter, the whole place tanked in quality. In August 2025, my mom fell and no one called me. I went to pick her up for an appointment and her face was cut up and with bruises. The “Resident Care Coordinator”, told me she thought it was makeup. My mom was never the same after that fall, and she ended up passing away 1/31/26.<br><br>Do not send your loved one here.

My Sister and I struggled with placing our Mom in an Assisted Living Community. We couldn't have made a better choice with Magnolia. Ashia, and her staff are amazing. They take great care of our Mom and she is happy. Thank you to Ashia, Ebony and Love for all you do. We highly recommend placing your love one in this great community that cares for her like she was their own Mom. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My family and I have been looking for a place where my mother would feel comfortable and at peace. When we found out about Magnolia on the Avenue we immediately thought that this was a special place to keep my mother there. They are very caring and attentive. The place itself is very clean and very different from other places that we have visited. When we took my mother there, she immediately felt at ease and was very comfortable with everyone that worked there. Asia was very attentive and And very pleasing. I couldn’t be more pleased with my mother, spending the last days of her life in a place like her This. I very much recommend this place. It’s very worry, free and your mother or loved one will be comfortable. Again the staff is very accommodating. They went far and beyond any expectations that our family had for my mother also place is awesome and would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve had both of parents in Magnolia - my mom since Dec 2021 - present day, and my dad from Jan 2024 - Dec 2024.<br><br>I’ve been through the transition of several administrators, and I have to say that I am pleased with the improvements that Ashia has implemented since her time there. She is motivated to make this older Victorian style home beautiful and has high energy and drive to bring up morale amongst both staff and residents.
