The care, attention, leading us during a season of life unfamiliar to us and doing so with sensitivity, deserves a 5-Star rating and higher. These professionals became like family. From Maggie greeting at the door, to Amanda who was the first outreach, to Sydney, who was always available, to Sam who had answers when we needed them, Winston when we needed transportation and all the nurses and support staff. Thank you to each and every one of you. The facility - always clean and organized, the cafeteria team who always provided their best to accommodate - thank you. Absolutely nothing you did on our behalf went unnoticed. You have our deepest gratitude.

My mother who was very recently diagnosed with a Glioblastoma had the unfortunate experience of staying at Greenbriar. At the advise of her primary care doctors office my sister and I moved our mom from Blake Hospital to Greenbriar for continued PT/OT before she was to begin radiation and Chemotherapy. From the moment I walked into Greenbriar I didn't care for it. It was later in the afternoon, but there were several employees just lounging about in the lobby. Mom did have a private room which was nice. However, the first night she was there her toilet broke. She called for help and was told to just use one of the other bathrooms in the hall. All of them were locked!! In addition to the Glioblastoma, mom has severe scoliosis and is a fall risk which Greenbriar was made aware of. There answer was to have mom walk back to the lobby to get a key to use the bathroom. It took nearly 3 days for anyone to come repair her toilet. In addition the quality of care was very lacking. Even when buzzing for a nurse or anyone really, it took a significant amount of time for anyone to respond. Getting medications took forever and they did not follow what she had been given at Blake which resulted in her having severe sores in her mouth. By the time they finally brought her the mouth rinse she needed she was in pain. Karen, the unit nurse was condescending when I spoke with her. Amanda in admissions was the only one I personally dealt with that seemed to have any concern for the questions from my sister and I. I know mom did have a couple of folks that were kind and seemed to care about her, but unfortunately I do not have their names. Overall, I would not at all recommend this facility to anyone!

The staff at Greenbriar are exceptional or at least that was our experience. Amanda (admissions), Anthony (family services), and especially Bailey and her nursing colleagues were always available, provided excellent support, and demonstrated genuine compassion and care for both their patient (Mr. Bob) and his family. Greenbriar is not fancy or opulent, but overall, I found the facilities clean and appropriate to the type and volume of patients they serve. However, it was the staff that made the difference. We are eternally grateful to them for the care they provided "Mr. Bob" as he transitioned from this life. Thank you one and all.

This review is based on the staff alone. My dad has not yet been admitted but the people I have been dealing with with from the person answering the phone, to the admissions person, have been wonderful! Amanda in admissions is the sole reason that I picked Greenbriar. She is amazing! The private insurance process has been a headache and she has been so friendly and helpful the entire time. This is not our first rehab, but it will be the last.

I stopped in and met with Steven in maintenance. He was an outstanding gentleman with an inviting personality. He was kind enough to give me a tour of the facility. During our walk through, I noticed how dedicated he and his team are at keeping the facility in clean, and well maintained. Every resident we walked by Steven made sure to stop and share a few words with them, checking on how their day was going and if they needed any assistance with anything. Overall, I was thankful for stopping in and getting to see the liveliness Steven is bringing to the facility.
