Absolutely horrible service. My mother has dementia and requires supervision. The staff does not bother to answer there phones or respond to voice-mail at all. They do not send out scheduled nurses and don't care to call let you know no one is showing up and sometimes a whole weekend. You are at work while you thinking a nurse showed up. Complete disregard for the elderly for whom they suppose to take on responsibility for.
