Macclenny Nursing and Rehab center took outstanding care of my wife as she recovered from hip surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable as she completed her rehab. The activities for the residents are wonderful and it is truly a family environment. My wife is now home and I would absolutely recommend this facility for anyone who needs short term or long term care. Thank you to all of the staff at Macclenny!

I'm writing this review on my grandmothers behalf. She wanted to thank all of the staff that helped her get well and says they were all very kind, knowledgeable and patient with her and she really appreciated it. Thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend.

This facility should not be called rehabilitation and nursing home. It should be called an All inclusive resort. my mom had the personal experience of being there for a month when I tell you, the staff is amazing. They’re not just staff their family members now the DON Miss has an open door policy. Anytime you need her while there my mom did everything from having a personal musician getting nails done every day bingo. This was my first experience with a nursing home, but I don’t think there’s too many to where you can call the staff and say hey I can’t make it up there to see my loved one and they send you a selfie.

The level of compassion and attention she received was outstanding, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the professionalism of the staff. A special shout out goes to Cody, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. From the moment of her transfer to the facility, throughout her stay, and even ensuring a smooth transition back home, Cody was there every step of the way. His dedication and attention to detail made a world of difference, and we are deeply appreciative of his efforts. Thank you all for the exceptional care you provided. You made a challenging time so much easier for my family, and we are forever grateful.

Staff is the best ever! awesome! They care! I'm still learning about how everything operates and so impressed with the knowledge that they have about their patients, from front desk, managers, nurses and all staff! And answering all my questions! They all know my mom which shows me they care and the care provided is genuine! They care about their patients! Thank you so much, it is so assuring to know , that times that I cant make it, their "all" involved in her care.
