The owner, Micheal, also owns Auto Injury Care Management, which has case managers that refer clients back to the same massage businesses owned by the same person......Also, this companys employee violated my hipaa rights, I did file a complaint but it wasn't within 6 months of the incident so nothing was done. My in home massage therapist disclosed my home address and discussed my personal information to one her friends because she felt my home was haunted and "evil" 🤦‍♀️. This owner is all about money and doesn't care about clients at all, I recommend not using any of his businesses, which include Auto Injury Case Management, Kneaded Relief Spa, M&M homecare, Therapeutic Massage- he seems to keep opening new businesses because auto companies have caught on to his shadiness. Edited for update- I received a threatening email from Micheal about my review. Which may explain why there are so many positives reviews- intimidating people to take down negative posts with threats of legal action should be illegal :( I'm attaching part of the email I received as well as some of my evidence-

M&M Home Care has provided excellent therapy and nursing services for our family. We would like to give a special shout out to our occupational therapist Chelsea Lempke who has gone above and beyond to provide personalized care and coordination of equipment and services. She has been a fantastic member of our care team where she has advocated for us, taught us therapeutic practices, and ensured access to bespoke therapy equipment for long term recovery and progress.

I was very happy with the in home nursing care I received after my recent surgery. Jennifer (my nurse) was excellent. She was very comforting, knowledgeable, caring, and helpful and went above and beyond with my care. Having quality medical care is important. The communication was also great with everyone I dealt with. Knowing you are in good hands, definitely helps make the recovery process more tolerable. I would highly recommend M & M Home Care.

My physical therapist Jamie was absolutely fantastic. She worked with me between my inpatient physical therapy (non-weight bearing in both legs) and my outpatient PT, where I will start to become weight bearing again. Thanks to her efforts, I am stronger and more flexible than when I left inpatient PT, and I believe she has me ready as can be for when I am allowed to be weight bearing again. I also had the pleasure of working with nurse Dawn. She was excellent in the short time that visited me. I highly recommend Jamie, Dawn, and this company to anyone looking for home care.
