This may sound like a broken record but If you truly love and care about your family member, DO NOT send them to this facility! All they care about is your insurance money. They'll roll out the red carpet during the tour, but once your loved one is admitted, that treatment goes right out the window. Yes, it's a newer facility, but the quality of care is absolutely terrible. They are constantly short-staffed and somehow never seem to have enough linens. This is a healthcare facility—how do you not have an adequate supply of clean sheets, pillowcases, and blankets? My father had a very important doctor's appointment scheduled, and the facility's transportation service told us they would not be able to get him there until after the appointment had already started. Because of this, my brother had to step in and take him himself. Thank goodness he did, because we later found out that the appointment involved a serious, life-threatening (wound infection) medical issue that required immediate attention. The staff attitudes are awful. Many sit at the nurses' station, ignore call lights, and then act inconvenienced when you ask for something as basic as a cup of ice water. Please pay attention to the other reviews. We are not exaggerating, and we are not lying. Our loved ones deserve dignity, compassion, and proper care—and this facility consistently falls short.

Florence the Unit Manager has been absolutely amazing to ensure a smooth transition for my Grandmother. She is approachable, fair, and always willing to listen, creating a positive and collaborative environment. Her guidance helps the unit run smoothly, and she sets a high standard of professionalism while still being compassionate and understanding. I greatly admire and appreciate all that she does!

If you care about your loved ones, do not send them to Luxe at Jupiter Rehabilitation Center. My mother, who has Alzheimer’s, broke her leg and needed rehabilitation care. Luxe was our last option because it was the only facility with an open bed, and unfortunately our experience has confirmed every fear we had going in. From the beginning, there were serious issues with basic patient care. My mother’s chart clearly states that she is lactose intolerant, yet they repeatedly served her food loaded with cheese and dairy products. It felt like no one was paying attention to even the most fundamental medical and dietary needs. The most alarming issue was that they completely missed a UTI. By the time it was finally addressed, my mother had become seriously ill and ended up in the ER. I thank God we had a private duty nurse advocating for her, because it genuinely felt like no one at the facility was listening or taking her condition seriously. Nothing was properly addressed until I personally called 911. What disturbed me just as much was the overall lack of urgency and compassion. During one visit, a patient in the room next door screamed for help for an extended period of time while staff appeared to do nothing. My mother’s private duty nurse — who wasn’t even employed by the facility — ended up checking on him and helping as best she could. This place does not feel adequately staffed, attentive, or compassionate. When you place a vulnerable family member in a rehabilitation facility, you expect at minimum competent medical oversight and basic human care. In our experience, Luxe failed badly on both.

My mom is here for ltc and rehab. I find the staff exceptional. I forget some names but maude and nash and farah are ones who come to mind. The activity center is great wuth 2 ladies who manage the activities. KIA and VEE are wonderful. Two great people and very kind to my mom. And they are very patient
