My time at this facility was enjoyable and was well focused on the care I needed. I came in not able to walk 10 feet without being out of breath. Two weeks later I can walk an hour straight without problems. The staff is professional and attentive and courteous. I recommend Jupiter rehab and medical center for all your rehabilitation needs.

This is the worst place you want to leave your loved one in their care! Nobody knows what goes on there except for the NP. The nurses are horrible, the place stinks of urine, the food is disgusting and 9 days my husband was there, he never got a meal appropriate for a Diabetic/ Dialysis patient! Everyone was new there and didn’t know what they were doing. The dialysis person abused my husbands arm and he looked like a drug attic after he tried so many times to do his dialysis! I was told my husband had onesies maybe TB and coulndt tell me the reason . I immediately called ambulance and got him out. He had excellent care in Jupiter hospital and will be released to a new facility tomorrow

Rehabilitation Center at Jupiter Gardens did a wonderful job. Their Therapy Dept. is fantastic. They brought me along from not walking well at all to walking fine. They are gentle, kind, and sympathetic but they get the job done. Every single therapist I had was extraordinary. The entire staff at the center were all wonderful and always ready to help me. I would recommend this facility to anyone. When it came to my therapy Renee she work with my leg My right leg we worked both legs.Melissa she works my arm and my upper body they get me up on a wheelchair this team work as a team. A nightmare, and they try to buy your silence for all their inept actions and solutions. Food was disgusting, there is a distinct musty mildewy smell coming from the air conditioner.. There is inadequate air flow in small dirty outdated bathroom, no vent no air conditioning. They bully and try to intimidate you by telling you about signing AMA against doctors orders and loosing Medical coverage and being financially responsible b m. Don’t be scared, contact your insurance company and doctors and know that you can leave at anytime. When I was there this one aid shut off the air conditioning unit in the room. I hit my call light at 5:30 am it wasn’t until 6:10am that he came to address the issue. They didn’t have most of my medication, therefore I didn’t get my important medication. Know Your Rights ! Contact your Doctors and Insurance Company and make your exodus! Thank you to my Doctor for acting swiftly.
