My mother is currently at Luther Woods for rehab, and I want to share how impressed I was during my first visit. She has been dealing with tremors from neuropathy for quite some time, so finding a supportive environment means a lot. The computerized check‑in was fast and efficient, and the receptionist greeted me with genuine friendliness. Every staff member I encountered was eager to help and answered my questions kindly and professionally. There was plenty of staff on the floor, and the entire area smelled clean and well cared for. Keep up the great work!
