I have never seen a more unprofessional response to a Google review in my life. After writing my last review, not only did Brenda last out publicly, she also started texting me and threatening me at 3 am on a Friday night. She was clearly intoxicated. Either that or just plain uneducated based on her anger and poor grammar. Brenda claims my father owes $500 on a bill that was already paid by me when I terminated services. I am being charged for hours worked which I never authorized. This company, Brenda in particular, clearly has no idea what they are doing if they can't keep track of hours worked or bill in a timely manner. I received this bill 3 months after I had already paid in full. Brenda is highly unprofessional to the point of gossip, slander and drug use in her office. She once told my dad's caregiver in a joking manner "She's rich. She lives on Grosse Ile and owns a business. She can pay the $30/hr." DO NOT pay $30/hr. for unlicensed aides! What a rip off. I ended finding a RN on Care.com for $25/hr. Worth every penny! She texted me at 3 am: "Your broke you live on Grosse Ile and can't pay your bill" Not "you're" but "your". I might be broke but you're definitely "high". All of her employees are quitting and she never had anyone available to cover for my dad's caregiver when on vacation. This company will soon be out of business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give negative stars I would. Whoever is running this business has absolutely no clue on how to communicate or how to bill in a timely manner. They also charge $30/hr. and don't pay their aides what they are worth. I had the worst experience with the management staff. Not returning phone calls was just the start. I found out that many things were said about me personally from the management staff to the aide that was caring for my father. Basically gossip and very unprofessional. I know what you said and I know who said it. If you're looking for a compassionate, caring management staff, please go somewhere else!

Loving care has an excellent professional caring staff. The owners have been amazing and the clients are their top priority. I recommend highly if you have a love one that needs compassionate quality carè.

I've been working for lovingcare for over 8 years now, and I feel like this job was made for me! I get to do what I love, taking care of others. Jamie and Brenda are very sweet and understanding. They will always have clients for me. They are always working hard to make sure the clients and aids are taken care of, whether it's finding the hours that work for both client and aid or making sure their employees get paid on time. I couldn't find a better job than this!
