I am so frustrated with this company. I have tried to be understanding as COVID has caused staffing issues but this is totally unacceptable. They called saying her aide had an emergency and couldn’t come and they were trying to find help. That was this morning and no one ever called about a replacement. (It is now 2:40pm) I had to take off work because she had no one there with her. I wanted to start the process to see if I could be her caregiver and they took that as her wanting to be discharged. Now they dropped her and tried to argue with me on the phone about it. If you are looking for care please look elsewhere because they will leave you high and dry. Also to note early in her care with them, an aide left her at home but claimed to still be there caring for her…some fraudulent things going on. BEWARE A bright spot was Deborah and Karen! Those were the only aides that I felt really looked after my mom like they were their own family.
