I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the current communication and working relationship with Lotus Assisted Living Facility with Jordan and Naomi Oei, owner and operator.<br>There is currently a lack of a good standing relationship and effective communication. Furthermore, when issues are reported, they are being met with dismissive responses, and there is a failure to take proper accountability or corrective actions. We had made numerous addressing concerns with fire and hazards when I relocate while resided last March 2026 almost every day until eventually we had fire last June 12th, 2026.<br>I am bringing this to your attention in hopes that we can address these behavioral and communication challenges to ensure a more professional and collaborative environment moving forward. You just continues being dismissive and dumped me to other assisted living facility. I had been asking information on your insurance contact information to take care of residents injuries, loss of properties and other under breach of duty care.
