The entire staff and doctors are amazing and caring. Our progress is attributed to the entire team at LAPA—experienced, compassionate and always there for you and your family. The facility is well maintained surrounded by beautiful private outdoor spaces with lush cactus gardens and palm trees. They have a 5 Star rehab center and staff for PT. Your loved ones will be well taken care of.

Thank you, Los Altos Post-Acute, for providing the best care for your residents. I love walking into the facility and being welcomed by the staff with, 'Welcome to LAPA.' At many other facilities, they completely ignore you or are too busy looking down at their computers, but here at LAPA, you truly feel welcome! The administrator, Adam, is such a delight to talk to. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does. He will stop what he’s doing to talk to you. It’s very rare for an administrator to do that, especially at a larger facility. Thank you for caring for our loved one, team LAPA!

Stopped by to tour the facility. They have valet on site which made it very convenient. Destiny at the front receptionist desk was very nice and made me feel welcomed. I’ve been to a few other facilities and Los Altos Post Acute felt inviting. I was able to speak with the administrator, Ryan. He reassured me that we would be in good hands.

My mom has been staying here. Amazing help .CNAs are there when she needs it. The food is 4 stars but has great options if needed. They also provide drivers to get to and from appointments if family or friends cannot make it. There awesome 👍
