Mom lived here for almost 4 months. The staff (NOT the admin.) were phenomenal. Friendly, attentive and Mom really liked them. Room was clean, facility was quiet, food was decent.<br>Admin. was a dumpster fire. ZERO communication, never available (even when an appointment was scheduled!), and nursing specifically was terribly unprofessional. I called and spoke to a woman and asked for the Nursing Supervisor. Her reply? "She ain't in..." really?!? Come on...<br>Billing was also ridiculous. The amount charged seemed like it was arbitrarily determined each month. Overcharges, calls never returned, questions never answered.<br>I removed Mom halfway through the 4th month because of the unbelievable mismanagement going on in this facility.<br>Absolutely ridiculous.

Esta comunidad es fenomenal. El personal a cuidado de mi ser querido como si fuera su propio familiar. Este tipo de atencion no tiene precio. Especialmente para los familiares que no podemos estar todo el tiempo con nuestro ser querido. El saber que estan en buenas manos es un alivio. Gracias!

The management team here is very caring of the residents and their loved ones. The Administrator goes above and beyond and is always available should the families have any questions about their loved ones. The Executive Chef does a magnificent job with the residents’ dietary needs.

I have to say that the staff here is very friendly and attentive with the residents and their families. The food and the activities are second to none. Their special events are always outstanding and a complete success. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to bring their loved ones.
