I remember when St. Vrain Manor was built. It was and is sponsored by a consortium of local churches to provide independent housing for seniors. It has been very well maintained and updated. I have recently visited a good friend who moved there with his wife a frew months back and was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the graciousness of the residents I met.

Fantastic community in the heart of Downtown Longmont.<br><br>My Mom moved there a few years ago to be close to her grandbabies. They have community events, well maintained facilities, and the most kind and dedicated building manager possible! Plus, friendly residents!<br><br>I’m so grateful this place exists!!

We have lived here for 14 months and it seems like we only moved in yesterday. Actually it seems more like coming back to family where everyone is welcome and appreciated.<br>The NEW manager, she started in December 2020, and her husband do a wonderful, "exceed your expectations" job of watching out for us and providing help as we need it.<br>IF you qualify financially, get on the waiting list TODAY!
