They are way under staffed like a lot of facilities and they have an elevator down all the time for almost a year now.

Staffing is wonderful and kind, the facility is warm and inviting. I only gave them 3 stars due to elevator issues, staffing concerns(not enough staff), no railings on beds and room pricing.
