My mother spent 6 weeks at Eagle Ridge and I cannot give them enough praise for the treatment she received. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel welcome and feel at home. They treated her like family and she would often say “They are so good to me here” My mother had been in a couple other facilities for inpatient PT and she was not fond of them, but she repeatedly said this about Eagle Ridge, “This is the best place I have ever stayed in” It was comforting for us that she was so loved by the staff and that she really liked it there. In other facilities she didn’t want to go to the dining room for meals but she looked forward to it at Eagle Ridge because of the family and homey atmosphere. As we would walk down the hall she would say, “I bet my friends are waiting for me” During her last 48 hours after she had a stroke, the staff was very accommodating, caring, and supportive and that really meant a lot to us. An administrator stayed through the night during her last two nights and were very comforting to us during this emotional time. My mother had 97 good years of life and I am so glad that she got to spend her last 6 weeks at Eagle Ridge because of the care she received, the great staff, and the fact that she loved it there. I highly recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone who is in need of a facility like this.
