Administration clearly is only concerned about the $$ coming in, not the tenants wants or well being. I believe the aids and other people working in the facility, do a good job, but the administration, in my case and my mother's, choose to just ignore.

This is a great facility for your Loved One. Everyone is so caring and they treat you like family. They go over and beyond to make your Loved One feel at home. I would not hesitate for one minute to place a Loved One there again if the need arises. Almost daily calls from them informing me of the condition of my Loved One, which was so important to me. They had a fun activity at Halloween where all the residents could participate by handing out candy to all the Trick or Treaters. We were so Happy with our experience. Thank You to Everyone there for giving Dad wonderful care.
