My mom was there after her surgery and they treated her good and us good also. They been around a while and id say they are a top notch Healthcare facility, and definitely better than most around the local area!

The staff treated us with so much kindness and compassion. We always felt cared for and never like just another number. Truly grateful for the warmth and attention they showed our family.

For the most part when my loved one was in the facility for rehabilitation, everyone seemed to be kind and friendly. However, there was one nurse and her name is Becky. She was extremely rude and unkind in every possible way. I reported her actions and she still continues to work at that facility, it is my opinion that she should no longer be working with residence in that facility due to her actions and her bad mannerism, not only towards the residence, but also towards her coworkers. She not only was inconsiderate and rude to my loved one, but she was also inconsiderate and rude to me, which is absolutely uncalled for. We put our loved ones in these places for them to get care and so we do not have to leave the facility worrying about them, however, every night she worked, which was Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights I came home and had a hard night sleeping due to the fact that she worked the night shift, and I had to worry how she was going to act towards my loved one that was in the facility. To be fair, she did come in the room and apologized, however, I ask her if her apology was sincere, or if it was because she was told to do it, she did say it was sincere, but to me, it did not seem that her words coincided with her actions. Again, if you have a loved one in that facility, whether it be long-term or short term, please be aware of a nurse whose name is Becky. However, on a good note I will say that they do have a wonderful rehabilitation team.

The nurses and staff were really wonderful in providing excellent care for our mom while she was there. The physical therapy team did an excellent job. For that I would give 5 stars. I Am only giving 4 though because I feel like someone could have done a better job letting us know when appointments away from the home were. No one really ever contacted me to let me know so that I could be there with mom to hear what the doctor had to say. I would not let that deter me from using the nursing facility.

PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE....This was a learning experience for us.....Do your homework and check out this facility before placing a loved one there. I will never again use this facility..... Staff was fine but the building is old and the environment was terrible. Our loved one was promised a private room, that never happened instead we ended up in a room with 2 other people and it was terrible, the bed was right in front of a window air conditioner, this was not a good situation. One of the other room mates had a tv blairing all day and night long, no one else even had a chance to watch or even listen to anything. This room should never have been set up for 3 people. You didn't even have room to sit when you wanted to visit. We had an incident where our loved one fell out of bed....12 hours later the family was notified....WHY did it take that long for notification. I hope this post will help some other family avoid the situation we had to endure for a week till we were able to transfer to another facility.
