My dad moved here and lives it, the staff are caring and compassionate not only to the residents but to the families also! The food is good and my dad has made friends already causing him to let go of hits social anxiety “OVERALL GREAT PLACE”

I am very pleased with Livonia Comfort Care. The improvement in the staff has truly made a difference. Everyone is very attentive, compassionate, and willing to help residents and families with any concerns. The care being provided has improved tremendously<br><br>Another wonderful improvement has been the food. Meals have become much better in quality, variety, and presentation. Residents seem much happier and more satisfied during mealtimes.<br><br>It is refreshing to see such positive growth and dedication throughout the community. Thank you to the entire team at Livonia Comfort Care for the hard work and commitment to providing excellent care and service to our families!

instead of me visiting my loved one today, they put me to work. I vacuumed, changed the trash and ran errands to get snacks. They were out of snacks yesterday as well. I don’t mind helping.<br><br>There is one thing that needs to be addressed with the nursing staff. Stop trying to figure out a person’s family dynamic.

We have been blessed by the very kind staff here. Ashley, Florida, Josiah, etc... I wish I remembered everyone's names. You have all been so kind to my mom and dad. God bless you for all your hard work. We see what you do, and you are a blessing. This is my dad's 2nd assisted living. The first was lovely in accomodations in Livonia and comparible in price, but the care staff was OK at best. The staff at comfort care is kind and approachable and they say hi to you with a smile when you walk in the door. Thank you for all those smiles. These transitions are difficult to journey as a family, and you help shoulder the burdens for all these families here with kindness, grace and a lot of hard work. We are grateful.
