I had a right knee replacement on April 17, 2026. After home Healthcare I chose Live Oak Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for my physical therapy. The physical therapist who was assigned to my case was Sunni. There's not enough kind words I can say about Sunni. I know I did a lot of the work with her assistance and at my home. But Sunni provided me with the necessary exercises to help my knee. I just graduated from my physical therapy and I must say I had the most positive experience with Sunni and the Live Oak Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Great, great job Sunni!! 5 stars...I hope to see you in November as I plan to have my left knee replacement surgery.

I highly recommend the services at Live Oak Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to each patient’s recovery process are truly exceptional. Complete trash facility , don’t let the outside fool you. The whole staffing team is garbage . My mother was there barely two months and I had to pull her out and bring her home. I walked in and caught CNAs going through my mom’s purse multiple times, they refused to take her to the bathroom and would leave her piss and poop covered . She wasn’t given the food she was supposed to have , she was put on medicine she didn’t need and taken off the ones she did require. They wouldn’t do physical therapy to help keep her little bit of ambulatory that she has left, they wouldn’t give her a remote for her tv because “well she’s blind why does she need the tv on” 🤬 her roommate was nosey and rude , she was constantly blasting her tv . When I would come sit with my mom I had to be the one to change her clothes, toilet her, put her in bed . DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

I am an outpatient here for OT and PT therapy. They have help change my life for the better, I’m stronger and more independent than I thought I could be since my flare up. This staff is extremely awesome, Sunni (PT) is amazing, she supports and challenges me every session. McKenzie (OT) is amazing, another great person who works hard and helps me get through the tough situations that I didn’t think I could handle. Lee (PT) is wonderful, another great person and super supportive. This group does not make you feel like just a patient. All around this team is one of the best around.

Leandra did an awesome job, she was very patient with me and was very clear on what I needed to do. She is very good at what she does. The staff was also very good, thank you all for working with me.
