Rude rude supervisor/Alice! She is rude and disrespectful even when you are not being rude back. I cannot believe how messed up this place is. My grandma wants to come home asking to come home and they come up with so many reasons why she couldn’t get out. They lie about everything can’t trust them at all. They give my grandma any blankets and clothes that have different residents names on it even when We provided them with plenty of her own. We had to get the cops involved to get my grandmother out because they lie to us and my grandmother. My grandmother is in the memory care unit but that doesn’t mean she can’t speak up for herself. Do not take your loved ones here if you love them. They come up with lies to make us sound like horrible people. We have all helped to take care of her since her stoke. We had decided to try this place out and that was the biggest mistake we ever made. My grandmother wants to come home and telling the workers she has rights and wants to come home. They lie so much and the residents get sick there. We put her in there thinking they would care for her like their own but we were wrong. This is a very sad place they lie so much. My family and I know the truth and our rights and will get her very soon.

This place is the most toxic and unprofessional environment. Do NOT send your loved ones here. There’s bugs the food is a joke these poor elderly people were drinking bean water and had a bowl of vegetables for lunch!!! I was told there was meat in the beans. As with the bugs I was told it was easier for me to spit in the wind than get the bugs exterminated by staff.

The residents are well cared for by the staff . It is easy to see that the team dynamics and positive staff to resident interactions lead to a very comforting environment for our loved ones . My grandmother was once a resident here and I would recommend this facility for a variety of reasons . Most of all was her comfort while having her needs met by a team of very capable and involved staff members who provided everything from different types of therapy to personalized meal preferences .
