Dear Littleton Care and Rehab Team, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion your team provided to my mother during her time at your facility. From the start, it was clear that every staff member at Littleton Care and Rehab takes great pride in their work and truly cares about the residents they serve. Though the facility itself is older, it is maintained with remarkable care, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The environment is warm, welcoming, and filled with a positive energy that immediately puts families at ease. The housekeeping and maintenance teams deserve tremendous recognition for their commitment to keeping the building clean, comfortable, and inviting. The level of care my mother received was outstanding. Every interaction demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and dedication. I would like to especially acknowledge Director Derrek, Director of Nursing Delana, nurse Mirabel—who quickly became our family’s angel—along with Jennifer and Becky, for their unwavering kindness, compassion, and attentiveness. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my mother’s comfort, dignity, and peace of mind. The CNAs, including Jaylyn and Angelina, provided gentle, patient-centered care and ensured my mother always felt safe, respected, and valued. Their attentiveness and compassion offered tremendous reassurance to both my mother and our entire family. The physical and occupational therapy teams were equally remarkable—offering patience, motivation, and thoughtful guidance that helped her maintain comfort and mobility for as long as possible. What stood out most was the teamwork, communication, and compassion demonstrated across every level of staff. Each person treated my mother not just as a resident, but as a beloved individual whose life and comfort truly mattered. Their coordinated efforts created an atmosphere of peace, care, and dignity that made a profound impact during such a difficult time. The entire experience at Littleton Care and Rehab exceeded all expectations. If I could give more than five stars, I would give a ten. My mother’s final days were filled with respect, warmth, and genuine compassion—and for that, I will be forever grateful.
