The place didn't earn a star from our family. Therapy was alright but it doesn't excuse them from all the new clothes that were permanently lost and they never even attempted to find.

My mother was recently there and they refused to accept her back due to her behavior even though it was caused by an infection and not her normal behavior. The facility is dingy, smells bad and half of the cabinets in her room were falling off the hinges. The facility is run down and in desperate need of repair and make over. The staff is mostly travelers and many don’t know how to treat patients or really care. Definitely look for somewhere else to place your loved one. This place is dangerous. I relayed many times a medication my mother’s neurologist wanted her put on and they completely ignored me. They actually placed her on the medication I said her neurologist did not recommend because it interacts with her other medications and they placed her on it anyway and disregarded the medication he suggested and she ended up having a seizure and she has never had a seizure before. When she was sent to the hospital she had new diagnosis of Covid, VRE from her not being changed and then the seizures and then refused to let her come back. They packed up her stuff and lied to my brother about why they weren’t taking her back. Awful place!

Back in 2003 my dad was put in this facility. Less than 24 hrs later he passed away. He was fine when I talked to him in the morning, then I get the call. Do not think these places are here to help your loved ones. They are here for the money they get.

My dad was in this home for rehab this past November. Although the PT was excellent, everything else about the home was quite unsatisfactory. The home was very understaffed. If my dad had an accident in his diaper, he would often wait over an hour to be cleaned up. He was on a liquid diet when released from the hospital and the home couldn’t seem to meet his dietary needs. They gave him numerous food items that were not even close to liquid form. When he didn’t eat them, they didn’t give him a substitute. He lost more weight. They were alerted to his diet many times before they finally began to provide him the necessary food items. There was a gnat infestation and literally many gnats clinging to his juice cup daily. I would not recommend this facility.

Do not recommend. When my grandma passed away not only did they lose her glasses. But they never called to let my father know. The funeral home called and said I have your mom. They said they didn’t have his number although the nurses had been giving them updates on her condition . Even the day before they called
