OTHER PLACES I took mom her fall allert necklace because the staff simply refused to help. They had a menu but gave residents whatever they wanted, even when that was allergies listed on ticket.
Linden takes excellent care of rehab folks!
They never once left call button unanswered! Every meal met her MANY restrictions, without fail.

We have had two experiences with this facility that weren't great. We scheduled a time to walk through the skilled nursing facility and ended up waiting 45 minutes for someone to walk us through. This was frustrating as we had another appointment to view another facility. The second experience has also been frustrating as we are now looking for long-term care. My father in-law wanted to go to this facility as it was close to the house he used to live in with his wife. I have called the director of nursing twice and left a message both times. I never received a call back. I reached out on their website and responded to their generated email and did not receive a response back from that either. I got a text from someone/maybe AI telling me to call them. I'm not sure why when I have called and already left multiple messages with no responce. The fact that I can't get ahold of someone, and they do not honor their appointments, is a huge red flag for me. This is a private pay facility. I'm actively trying to give them my business and it's difficult to do so. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to communicate with them about the care of my father in-law after they have my money. This facility is a pass for us.

Walked in for my tour and receptionist called someone to say I was there. She then proceeded to let me know there was no available beds which I already knew. The building was nice but I thought communication was poor.
