The Linden rehabilitation center/ Nursing Home is quiet and has no problems with any issues whatsoever when dealing with staffs and the environment is clean and welcoming

I chose this facility based on the reviews for my brother he is no longer there he is at a facility where the staff is caring and nice and considerate here are some of the things that went terribly wrong: 1. when he was moved to another floor no one called me 2. he called me at 5am because he needed a nebulizer and there was a nurse in facility while he was clicking the button for service 3. his hands shake and he wanted some water so he was calling for someone to bring him some water and the attendant told him "when you stop yelling i will bring you some water" there a quite a few other things but these were the ones that stuck out the most DENYING SOMEONE WATER IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I understand that dealing with elderly people who are sick is trying but its the job you signed up for and all i ask is that you do your job and take pride in what you do. I have to give them a negative star because he had to leave there in order to live and thrive which he is now. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!!

The nurses and nurse managers on the rehabilitation floor are extremely rude and unprofessional. There’s also a lot of roaches and bed sores are inevitable for anyone who stays here. Please do not send your loved one here.

This review is to acknowledge the nurses and nursing assistants of 3 East. They are very professional, compassionate, attentive, kind, and hard working.

WHATEVER BAD REVIEW YOU READ IT IS TRUE. Terrible Nursing and terrible social services. NO clean clothes, NO showers, stolen belongings, NO room maintenance, NO warm bed sheets. NO 24/7 RN management and nursing care. NO “beauty salon/barbershop” like they claim. I don’t even know where to start. Bottom line DO NOT put your loved one in this place and if he/she is there right now remove them ASAP. This place is horrible, my grandfather did not last longer than a month in this facility. It is a mess, they never pick up the phone, no one knows anything. There’s no structure, no one holds anyone accountable of anything. My grandfather’s clothes were misplaced after I asked them to please wash his clothes that I found piled up in the corner of his closet completely soaked. In 2 weeks he was only bathed once, his eczema worsened. He had scabs all over his face and head because of lack of bathing. They did not let me bathe him myself. He wore the same clothes for days, he was sedated for misbehaving and never woken up to eat. He was never looked after unless he had visits. We visited multiple times a week and EVERY TIME there was an issue. We are extremely disappointed in this place, we really overlooked the bad reviews. My grandfather has been in 2 different facilities, even one he ran away from AND this is my first time writing a bad review. Every time I left heartbroken. Please do not bring anyone you love into this irresponsible facility. No one knows what they’re doing AT ALL.
