The nurses all mostly do their best. All of the male nurses are great! Most of the female nurses are great as well! I will say, however, the front desk lady is consistently rude. Almost every time I’ve walked in she’s been on the phone, and rolled her eyes at me coming in, and frankly it’s pretty disrespectful. She’ll take forever to let you in, and not once does she make it feel welcoming. That is my only criticism.

My mom was there for a few months. Brenda the social worker is rude told my mom to leave she really didn't get to any of the complaints fixed. More than one staff member told my mom to leave because she spoke up about her issues. Never seen a doctor they used OTC medicine from Walmart for coughs and other minor issues. The staff is not very sanitary they used a sock to clean my mom and a sheet to dry her because they didn'thave any clean towels. And the don't clean the shower bed after each patient sometimes my mom would refuse a shower because of seeing little stains on the bed. Was told they don't have cleaning products to sanitize things. The aides complained about doing their job. With each place you will need to be present and show up for your loved one I had to call multiple times to ensure most of her needs were being met.I see a lot of 4 star reviews but it's not close to 4 stars.

When my mother was transferred here for skilled nursing, they were woefully unprepared and didn’t appear to care about her. She was transferred from Medical City Plano and neither the hospital nor Lindan Park ensured that her pain meds made it with her. She was unable to get up on her own, which they were aware of, but when she needed to go to the bathroom they just pointed at the wheelchair and told her to use that to get to the toilet. Around 9 hours after she was brought to the facility, she couldn’t hold her bladder anymore and since no one would help her get up, she was humiliated and wet herself. She ended up calling me while weeping in absolute agony 3 hours after that because her pain medicine still hadn’t been delivered and the cancer in her spine had her crippled with pain. When she called me I bolted across town at midnight (12 hours after she was brought to the facility) and arrived to my mom soaked in urine, freezing, and crying. Multiple times I waved a staff member over and they said “someone will come help”. After 45 minutes of this, my husband and I decided this was unacceptable. We had to demand repeatedly over the course of the next 2 hours for them to call an ambulance and transport her to the hospital. About 15 minutes before the medical transport arrived, a CNA FINALLY changed my mom’s bedding and put a diaper on her. Just in time for the paramedics to arrive and take her away. That night I begged the doctor in the ER to admit her because I knew if she went back to Linden Park, it would continue to be a nightmare. We ended up getting her to a completely different skilled nursing facility (Presbyterian Village North) after that and they were far better and actually made sure she had her medicine and proper support from staff. It was an arduous ordeal that we went through with Lindan Park and I would never send anyone there.

My wife was admitted for short term medical care and rehab after a week long hospital stay. Very clean facility. The staff was great and frequently checked in on my wife. Good meals and activities. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs short term rehab or long term care for a loved one.

You won't find a better nursing home than Lindan Park! The hardest thing to do is to move your parent into a nursing home, especially when you live out of state, but everyone at Lindan Park has been so wonderful to my mom. The nurses have stayed in constant communication with me and everyone there has treated her like family. They were truly a blessing especially during her last moments last week. I highly recommend this facility!
