Look elsewhere because this is not it. Dont even know where to start. Bedbug, roaches and mice infested, definitely not "Luxury" living. The manager Norma is an older Puerto rican lady who has a mindset of a child. Literally does nothing besides spend half her time on social media then the other half reviewing cameras to let many elders know they are not in compliance as if she's running a prison institute. Then the Assyrian lady Judy is 2nd in charge who is made to be a key pawn in exchange for free rent. She instigates trouble between tenants so the main focus is drawn away from the real problem where the spotlight originates. This is a clever tactic nobody will ever realize since they're too busy worrying about other neighbors fighting like we're in Kindergarten. Jose the Janitor does half his work and steals with the other half of his time. If you cannot tip Jose then forget about anything getting done as I've been waiting for him to replace my broken AC forever now along with many other tenants left on the backburner. He stole everyone's chandelier and tells the tenants that it belonged to the previous tenant. So far 3 police reports have been made which suspect him of breaking in to steal personal belongings/valuables as he has the master key to get inside everyone's unit which is very creepy. You cannot get a hold of whoever runs this jail like institute besides Norma which gets you back to square 1 if not be punished for complaining. It's only within a matter of time tenants start catching on to this dirty, negative and miserable ghetto living they once thought would of been paradise to spend the last years on. Hopefully anyone interested in residing here or wanting their loved ones to reside here can take my review into consideration because I took time out of my day to save the next victim(s).
