Have fought with them and never received any supplies for my cpap, have called and they say they are on the way but never get anything. I'm returning this machine. No sense in using it if I cant get supplies or any answers when you call support. I'm about to throw this thing in the trash

Do not go here if you have the ability to go somewhere else. Scheduled a mask exchange made me wait a week for the appointment just to go in be told they only had one full face mask for me to try. They will schedule you an appointment but they have no guarantee you will get the equipment you need. When you question them about it they get really rude. They need new management. Very horrible experience would give zero stars but wouldnt allow to leave a comment if I did. Save yourself a headache

Tech Charlie arrived promptly and set up my first time equipment with easy to follow instructions. He’s very personable & easy to understand. I’m confident I won’t have issues getting used to this.

Wonderful experience. I showed up early thinking I would have to sit until my appointment time. Not the case. Ladies at the front were kind and professional and got started on my paperwork. Then Cherish allowed me to get my device before having to attend a class. I have been using this device for many years. She recognized this and quickly showed me the new bells and whistles. She was super friendly, polite, professional, and obviously loved her job. So rare to see these days. Highly recommend.

Amy miller was so pleasant and king and even showed me how to use my new nebulizer .was considerate and e en help me with a problem I been having with my hoses rubbing on face at night . Excellent worker efficient and accurate
