My husband went to Norco in Lewiston and I went to Lincare in Clarkston because my insurance covered Lincare as a preferred provider. My experience was exponentially better because I didn't have to call and chase down where we were at in the process weeks after the prescription was sent to Norco, I didn't have to make decisions re which machine, and try multiple masks like my husband did. Lincare just gave me the best rated machine : the resmed 11 Auto pap with heated tube and the perfect mask right off the bat and when Lincare called me shortly after receiving my prescription, the machine was ready and waiting. The respiratory therapist showed me how to use it, gave me the documentation for everything and great follow up

I have had Lincare since 2021 following a Mac Lung infection that left my lungs very damaged. Lincare in Clarkston, WA has stepped above and beyond to help me with each and every situation that I have needed help with. I truly see Lincare as a blessing in my life!! I am absolutely impressed with this company I couldn't be more thankful!! My son got diagnosed with epilepsy & his oxygen goes way low after a seizure (down to the low 80's & we end up spending 8+ hours at hospitals) I got prescribed oxygen just for my insurance not to cover it & Lincare called to tell me, I believe they could hear how upset I was, the defeat & just wanting to help my boy! But they gave me everything I needed for FREE! (Tubing and returned tanks that were basically full!!! ) Until I can figure it out & that means more to me than I can even say!! Thank you Lincare of Clarkston for having a heart & helping my son!! This review is over a year old but updating it now cuz we are just now almost out & it has been a lifesaver!

Lincare had provided excellent service throughout the many years I have been with them. Also they are exceptional when traveling to another area. They always deliver on time when I need their setvices out of town.
