My doctor referred me for their services and called several times for a status updated but they never called either of us, for over a month. So I called. They rudely said they have no referral for me but forwarded me to their referral coordinator, who never called me back. We decided to go with a different company since this one doesn’t seem to care about people and made me feel uncomfortable; I wouldn’t want them in my home after how they spoke to me on the phone and handled my inquiries.

All of the disciplines that work for Elite home health and Hospice have been absolutely phenomenal! One of the nurses has really gone above the call of duty. She came extra early one morning to do a medical procedure for my dad before he had surgery. They are available 24/7 with an on call nurse. Each person we worked with has been knowledgeable and professional while performing their job. Thank you to all of Elite’s Staff for their care and commitment to their patients successful outcomes.

We have worked hand in hand with Elite many times, as we are not a home health agency but solely a caregiving agency. Our experience with their staff has always been pleasant and informative.
