Lighthouse Homecare is THE BEST local agency for caregivers! We cannot say enough positive things about our many-year experience with this team! There is NO other agency we would recommend (and we worked with several)! Many agencies have a great front person/face, but the inner workings are a mess. Not so at Lighthouse! The owner is kind and caring, but that doesn’t stop at a surface level—it’s reflected in everything the company does. Caring is truly their corporate culture. Having a dedicated office staff who work diligently for you all day (and night) long makes a tremendous difference in the caregiving experience. Beth and Amy in the office put their heart and soul into what they do. The billing always went smoothly. Invoices were 100% accurate and easy to read. They are more particular than many agencies with the people they hire, which elevates the quality of care above so many other agencies in town. We had multiple caregivers who stayed with us for years, which is almost unheard of in that business. They are courteous and respectful of the people they hire, which in turn encourages their caregivers to stay longer and be more consistent. Their care and office team truly became like family. Starting the journey of hiring caregivers for your loved ones can be challenging and confusing. Our happiest years of the caregiver journey were the ones when we used Lighthouse Homecare. Lighthouse Home Care provided great care for my father while he lived with me. The Caregivers were courteous, on time, did a great job encouraging him and giving him the attention he needed. They provided the backup for me and allowed me time to take a break. Beth was wonderful at getting things set up and making changes when I needed them. I recommend them to other.,
