Just got off the phone with Jennifer asking some basic Medicare questions. She was was great at first then something unclicked in her brain and she got super standoffish to the point of not being helpful. Families in tough times need better than this.

I have had the best experience with this place. It was very quick to be scheduled and I have had 3 evaluations. Every person has been the kindest people I have ever dealt with. Each so very wise in how to help me. I need a lot of help and I am hoping insurance will let me get what I need. I know they can help me and they want to help me. I am so thankful for them. I was a bit nervous having new people in my home. I just cannot say enough good about them and their wisdom and advice they have given me. -T York Edited to add**im a few weeks in now and every single person has been equally as wonderful. I needed these people in my life to help me. Thank you all!

Most unprofessional home health I've ever seen. They don't show up for scheduled appointments and if they do they are about an hour later than scheduled. When questioned about their lack of care, all you get is lying double talk. I wish there was less than one star to give.

They were some of the most hateful people I have ever met. Very rude, I had a pic line,they came once to show me how to use it and never so much as called to see if it was okay.
