Terrible community. They ask the community for referrals but then kick everyone out who tries to come in to offer help for their residents. They even just shut down a fantastic veteran support group run by Amada because LifeSpark was not the ones running it. Who even does that??

LifeSpark I would not recommend. There was time set up to help my mother every Friday for an aid to come out with No call No show i would call them But would take a week just to get someone to call me back. Was told by two different employees too many people not enough workers. Only one person went up and Beyond her job title it was a nurse. Had a time set up for more resources but since they're discharging my mother and now life spark won't be getting money from Medicare they won't help at all would not recommend this company to anyone.

We enrolled my Grandma in hospice with Life Spark. At the admission meeting we stated we didn't want her on any antipsychotic meds or any other strong medications as she reacts differently and can have the opposite effect. My Grandma started acting different about a week into Hospice and we found out that the facility she was in had been giving her Haldol. Life Spark clearly didn't listen to our requests at the admission meeting and a week later my Grandma died. I would not recommend this hospice company for your loved ones. When they chemical subdue a person, and they pass away, you can't get them back. We asked for her records so we can find the admission conversation as it was recorded. We have yet to received them and we asked in March. Guessing Life Spark doesn't want to admit they screwed up. I would give zero stars if I could.

My mom is a 3 year Lifespark client. Over the July 4th holiday weekend, I realized her medication delivery from Amazon Pillpack was delivered to our family cabin address instead of her home address. She was on her last day of medication and those meds were 3 hours north of her! Amazon was unable to rush the order due to the holiday. Local pharmacies couldn't fill the prescriptions without a physician ordering them. I didn't know what to do other than drive 6 hours there and back to get her meds to her. I spoke with Beth Nemec - The Director Of Community Engagement at 4:00 pm. She hunted down Kristin Stevens, Director of Primary Care. Kristin called Target pharmacy and ordered all of my mom's medications. In the morning she PICKED THEM UP, paid for them (I Venmoed her back immediately) and DELIVERED them to my mom at her senior apartment! She set them all up in pill boxes that she also purchased for my mom. My mom was safe and I could enjoy my holiday weekend! This is a true example of going above and beyond for Lifespark's senior community! What a blessing!
