I first called Janelle at 5:30 p.m. expecting a return call the next morning. To my great surprise, Janelle returned my call later that same evening and we spoke for 30 minutes about my parents’ need for specific assisted living care. By the following day, she had identified 3 worthy choices. She attended tours for all three and also visited my parents to get to know them better. I would work with her again in a second if I found myself in need of her services.

I was looking to relocate from North Carolina back to Minnesota after I lost my husband to be closer to family.<br><br>I worked with Megan Diaz initially and eventually ended up with Janelle. Both were knowledgeable and very caring. Janelle found two facilities for me and met with family members to tour both of them.<br><br>In my case, I decided to stay where I am for the foreseeable future. If my situation ever changes I would definitely use them again!<br><br>J Dixson

Making the decision to move to a senior living community was big and daunting. But partnering with Janelle and Choice Connections made things a lot easier. I trusted her knowledge and expertise, and I appreciated her kindness. Not only did she drive me to visit the communities, but she also pushed my wheelchair on the tours. Such great service--and such a blessing!
