Normally everyone at life care is very nice. Tonight I meant a nurse named Steven that doesn't need to be in that field. He was very very rude to me, disrespectful and humiliated me in front of others. All because I didn't want to push the nurse's button to have them bring ice to the room. Those girls run enough, I wanted to help so they wouldn't be running and get it myself. He acted like he wasn't competent. I didn't feel safe leaving my relatives their with him on duty. I'm a very friendly, respectful and courteous person; it was very uncalled for and VERY unprofessional!!!

The staff is friendly, the halls are relatively clean and do not have a foul smell, the quantity of food served is adequate, and there is food available from a menu if patient is still hungry. Patients are encouraged to intermingle, participate in scheduled activities, and sit in the open areas around the Nurses stations.

This is my second time availing myself of their services. And it was my choice being I had the choice. The facility is conveniently located to my home making it easier for my family and friend's to visit me. Also, being a return patient, I was more familiar with the routine. Best of all, the staff, from the RN’s down to the aids are so caring of everyone’s needs. I was there to get my IV antibiotic around the clock. When you push the buzzer for assistance they are there in a timely manner! Being I wasn’t confined to my room I was allowed to participate in the daily activities along with the resident patients. From painting to making projects, playing Bingo, and karaoke! Which was my first experience and I throughly enjoyed them all! So when I am well again I want to volunteer my time to assist everyone!

Today I visited a friend who is under care of LIfe Care Center. I was impressed with both the cleanliness of the facility, activities for residents to participate in such as residents building beautiful wreaths. Every staff member I met with professional, polite and provided exceptional quality service.

My sister-in-law tells me that she likes the staff at Life Care of Hilliard, she has been there for over a year. I am happy with the care she is getting. But what really impresses me is that if I have a concern it is immediately address and taken care of. We are able to relax knowing that we will get phone calls letting me know if there are any issues going on with her. We as family members have a great relationship with the staff at Life Care of Hilliard and they are greatly appreciated.
