Residents are not taking care of. Place smells horrible. I wouldn't send my loved one there. Needs to be shut down.

Your staff is very rude. I was there visiting a family member and one of the guy CNA yelled at an other telling her to never come back. the charge nurse yelled at the same CNA in front of other staff residents and family members and sent her home over a question that was asked. I was not pleased with the staff while I visited my family and it made the whole visit uncomfortable

The staff was AMAZING and very helpful with us during our time of need with my Father. The team knew exactly what needed to happen to help our Family get the proper treatment for my Father. The facility was clean, the food was good!

I am privileged over the years to work with the caring and competent staff at Ledgewood Manor providing their medical supplies. I see firsthand the smiles and contentment of the residents as they are loved and cared for by the marvelous Staff! The owners are actively involved with the residents & Staff. Well done Ledgewood Manor!

My mom has been a resident at Ledgewood Manor for seven months. The staff has been very responsive to any questions and concerns I have had. I usually visit every few days and mom is always showered, her hair is clean and brushed, and she is dressed neatly. They also have daily activities to keep residents engaged, which has been great for my mom. She has made a lot of new friends and they get to sit together during meals and activities. Mom also likes the food. She often tells me how good her meals are. I was concerned in the beginning about her having a roommate, but it has been the best thing for her. They keep each other company and her roommate looks out for her. I have been very pleased with Mom's care at Ledgewood. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a small skilled nursing facility for a loved one. They are like one big family and they treat my mom like family as well.
