It was wonderful when I first moved in. Wendy the secretary in the office is extremely rude and unprofessional to shareholders. Shareholders who pay her very expensive salary. Wendy's mother who lives at Laurelton Gardens is in the office almost everyday and hears personal things going on with other residents, which should be private and confidential between office personal only. One of the trustee's on the board, Annette, is a hostile old woman who needs to know everyone's business and talks badly about some residents in the community. As a trustee, she should not be talking about any resident in a bad manner to other residents. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend living here anymore like I use to. Very cliquey and a lot of gossip, especially from the office personal. The office of an adult community should have more compassion when talking to seniors. They treat the residents like we are living in a day care center. They talk down to the residents. The only good thing about the community, it is affordable.
