The physical appearance is attractive and no unpleasant smells. I noticed several aides that appeared busy. The patients looked well cared for.

This was the best staff who I have been taken care of by in the hospital or rehab center. That talk and listen to you and don’t talk over you.
They really care about there patients and are trained very well
Even the upper management would stop buy and check on you not just only ones but during you stay, and if you needed something they would take care of for you if could or get the right person to help.
Surprisingly the food was good and a good selection if there was something you didn’t like they would try to accommodate you and your requests. The facility is very clean
And good shap
