Please note things can always change. Nonetheless for the past year staff has been stable, the facility has been clean and my brother’s needs and concerns has been addressed in a timely manner. In addition other residents appear comfortable and content. The program provides activities such as bingo, religious services by outside organizations.

These people are nasty , they treat the patients horribly, they will call PCA and make reports against the family when they are abusing or neglecting your family member to try and protect themselves. My grandmother list 60 pounds in their care. Doctor Rosen was giving her Diabectic medicine when she isn't diabetic. KATHY WHITE the director is very aggressive and screams but claims its passion yet its unstable behavior to be a director. I made complaints about these things instead I was ignored and they made a false report to PCA after trying yo extort my grandmother for money for her stay and then discharged her claiming it was unsafe for her to come with me. Watch these people if you love your family members dont send them here.<br>BASIL WATSON needs to be investigated he threatens family members and then uses PCA as a crutch to hide from the abuse and neglect being done by his staff. They do alot of insubordination and these guys are having parties instead of caring for the patients.

The building was clean, organized, and had a comfortable environment. The staff was professional, and very helpful during orientation. Everyone made me feel welcomed and supported
