This place is not a rehabilitation center. Do let this deceive you the name on the building is a cover up…..!This is a nursing home. I never agree to put him in no nursing home . My father has been here for 1 month and the therapy has not been so great. They tell me that my dad will not walk again. But he has movement on his legs. They don’t take care of his hygiene and they shower him once a week. His hair doesn’t get wash properly he has dandruff and it smells like it hasn’t been washed. If you feel other wise come check the place out for yourself. You need to sign in and there is a code to get out this facility.

I give Laurel Ridge 5 stars but I wish I could give them 10! My sister was recently hospitalized four times in two months with various complicated medical issues. By the time she arrived at Laurel Ridge, she couldn't move her body, open her eyes or speak. I wasn't sure she was going to survive. I have had experiences previously with nursing homes with other family members and friends and I would not give any of the others more than 2 stars and that's being generous. From the beginning, when my sister was admitted, I knew this was very different and clearly this was so much more than I could have hoped for. All of the staff from the executive administrator, director of admissions, social worker, physical therapists, nurses and support staff were all so professional, dedicated, compassionate, kind and competent. I truly felt they cared about my sister and me!! What they accomplished was nothing short of a miracle. Because of their extraordinary care, my sister has been able to return to her home in Boston where she's lived for 25 years. She is stronger, healthier and in better spirits than she's been in many many years. I am beyond grateful to all of the devoted caring competent people who work at Laurel Ridge and who, together, made her return home possible. I highly recommend this care facility to anyone needing rehab or skilled long term care. Utmost gratitude to every one of you who made our experience so positive and successful.

Inside this facility is the most rudest , disrespectful, evil , condescending people you will ever meet . They don’t know how to be compassionate and shouldn’t be operating as a business! They are run by nurses who don’t know to care for the patients they don’t respect their staff they think they can talk to people how ever they want to . They spend half their time sniffing around nurses carts looking for trouble . The nurses don’t know how to do basic things taking blood pressure on fistula extremities but want to micromanage people and focused on the wrong things . They try to deflect by picking on certain staff and let others get away with whatever they want !! yThey are rude and incompetent and will leave your relatives disheveled and a mess if you are not involved . Watch out for this facility they deserve 0 stars !!

We have had a loved one living at Laurel Ridge Rehab. for 3 years and can't say enough about the professional, kind, and dedicated staff at the facility. Our love one is a long term care recipient, challenged with most all daily needs. While we live on the West Coast, Laurel Ridge's staff have provided a safe and loving environment for our loved one; one that enables us to feel confident our loved one is receiving gentle, timely and attentive care in our absense. The scheduled, Care Review Meetings inform us of our loved ones current status, care plans, recommendations, and as a group we establish Next Steps. In between meetings, communication between staff and family is always an option. The staff is always receptive to our calls and they are so willing to help. Our loved one speaks affectionately about his caregivers, physical therapists and the visiting Pastor. He looks forward to working with them all and their daily care and visits. Not only are they kind, but they also motivate and encourage our loved one who is living with numerous daily challenges, and the absence of family. The staff is simply outstanding. I highly recommend Laurel Ridge Rehab. for challenged loved ones. I love hearing our loved one say he's happy, well cared for, and is receiving the attention that is vital to his physical, mental and spiritual health. Thank you Laurel Ridge Staff! We so appreciate all you do and will continue to do in the future.

Laurel Ridge Rehabilitation Center exceeded all expectations in caring for my mother after her hip replacement surgery. From the moment she arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness to her needs. The nurses and therapists worked to ensure her recovery was as smooth as possible. Physical therapy sessions were well-structured and personalized. The staff consistently kept us informed about her progress and addressed any questions or concerns with patience and understanding. The facility itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which provided a sense of security and peace of mind for our family. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding care and support Laurel Ridge provided. I would highly recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone in need of post-surgical care!
