The community is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, which makes it feel very welcoming. The residents are treated with kindness and respect, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged and active. It is clear that the team truly cares about creating a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

This place is great, lots of activities for elderly and a really tight, wholesome, good community. 50+ community, my grandparents and mother love it, they live 5 houses from each other.

Laurel is a thrilling lady with the greatest smile you could ever find. I remember the first time I met her, and I couldn't believe how delightful she was. In fact, one of the favorite people to see around Olympia is Laurel because of how warmly she greets everyone she knows. I once saw her embrace a dozen kids who crowded around her like little chicks around a mother hen. Although I wish I could spend more time with Laurel, I just have to value the time I've been able to share with her over the decades we've known each other. It also seems like her retirement community is at capacity whenever I am preparing to move, although I'm not fully retired and don't feel honest if I join a retirement community only to wake up twice a week and go to work! I'm sure Laurel wouldn't mind, but that's the kind of person she is.

A quiet, relaxing retirement community nestled in northeast unincorporated Thurston County. Officially within the urban growth area for the city of Lacey, it is located close to several amenities while retaining a decidedly rural atmosphere. There are also plenty of great destinations for outdoor enthusiasts such as the nisqually river and conservation area, puget sound and Mount Rainier. The residents enjoy a social lifestyle and engage each other regularly at picnics held in the neighborhood park (which features a pond with an aesthetically pleasing fountain), or at the community clubhouse where various activities are held to entertain all. A gated entrance provides a sense of security for residents and neighborhood bylaws are simple and sensible. If you visit please drive slowly and don't park on the grass!
