My sister is here, recovering from a a stroke. Great people, entire staff. My sister was worried at the start. New kinda scary experience, especially when you need someone to help with the basic stuff: eating, walking, using your hands. All the staff , from Doctors, nursing staff, social worker, front desk, cnas, volunteers are attentive, gentle and kind. She appreciates the professionalism, attention to detail and quick response to call lights. Don't know how long she'll be here, but I'm glad it's here and not somewhere else. Five stars.<br><br>My sister left this facility just a few days ago and is staying with me for a while until she's able to walk the stairs at her own home. The experience we had with Lacey Post Acute &Rehabilitation was as good as it gets. She talked especially about Dawn , the director of nursing and the social worker who was so attentive and helpful. Physical and Occupational therapy helped set the course for her recovery. Great people all. We both appreciate everything the entire staff has done for her physically, and emotionally.<br>My experience with the entire staff was stellar from the receptionist to the nursing and support staff everything was wonderful except the food . Now there's a new food provider so that's fixed. So glad she was here rather than anywhere else.

My only complaint is buzzing the desk for assistance to the bathroom, which was required due to 3 broken bones, including my neck, and very often it took an aid a very long time to respond. I suggest that you set it up where the front desk answers the buzzer to see what your need is and send someone faster or slower based on the urgency of the needs. I, fortunately, had the ability to walk, so I quit waiting for help and put on my back brace and got on my walker and went to the bathroom by myself. I also waited hours over 4 to receive my pain meds. Especially at night. PT and OT were fabulous and so we're all the nurses and cna's.
