My mom was staying at this nursing home for almost 2 years, from our experience don’t send someone you love here… they are very understaffed, which means day in and day out my mom had to wait hours for meds, care, and there were several times they ran out of important medication of hers and didnt have it stocked/called in, my mom had several severe falls because she can barely walk and she tried getting up because she needed to use the bathroom, nurses would never come within a reasonable time period for care. I would’ve gotten her transferred sooner but was unable to due to insurance issues, she is now in a way better nursing facility thank goodness! So glad she is away from landmark. My advice to landmark, get more staff, invest in good care givers. That will do wonders. don’t recommend at all this place for a loved one who is severely sick and needs round the clock care. Might I add, my mom was able to walk before entering landmark, she didn’t get the physical therapy she was supposed too get and now cant barely walk it’s such a sad thing to see. One therapist she did have though one time massaged her leg wrong (she has arthritis/congestive heart failure/fluid in legs/feet), and it messed up the nerves in her knee whatever that one therapist did. It’s a shame there’s only so much information I can obtain and also only so much I can do on my end as a daughter who has her own health issues as well. It genuinely broke my heart to see my mom how she is after this place. I repeat, DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. And also landmark my reply to your reply is do better as these are precious lives at stake. DO BETTER. Thank you.

Linda Oleru, Assistant Director of Nursing, did a wonderful job in assisting my brother, Mr. Kelvin Smith with his care and transportation service. Ms. Linda went out of her way to help my family. Excellent customer service.

Landmark Memory care facility has been truly phenomenal. The level of care and attention they have provided to our family member has exceeded our expectations. From day one, the staff has been exceptionally kind, compassionate, and attentive to every need. It's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of the residents, and that warmth makes all the difference. The administrative team has also been outstanding—always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to address any questions or concerns we’ve had. Knowing that support is just a phone call or visit away has given our family incredible peace of mind. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with safety in mind. We’ve consistently felt that our loved one is in a secure and nurturing environment. Whether it’s day-to-day care, emotional support, or simply offering a friendly face, everyone at Landmak shows a high level of professionalism and empathy. We’re deeply grateful for the care and support Lamdmak has given our family member—and by extension, our entire family. They’ve made a challenging journey easier and filled it with dignity, respect, and compassion.
