Landmark Memory Care

Landmark Memory Care is a memory care community located in Lafayette, Colorado, designed specifically to support residents with dementia. The community offers personalized care from staff trained in memory support, with a registered nurse on staff and access to an in-house physician to coordinate care as residents' needs change.

The physical environment is thoughtfully designed for safety and comfort, featuring bright, welcoming spaces, walking paths, raised garden beds, and comfortable areas for rest and conversation. Accessible bathrooms and safety systems including emergency call systems, mobile response pendants, and secure door systems help reduce stress while supporting independence and freedom of movement.

Daily life emphasizes familiarity and connection through home-style meals prepared with attention to personal preferences, consistent care partner assignments that build trusting relationships, and music incorporated throughout the day including visits from outside entertainers. Housekeeping and laundry services are included, and families are encouraged to bring personal items, photos, and keepsakes to help residents feel connected to home.

The community supports residents at different stages of dementia through individualized care plans that adjust as needs change. Families are welcome and encouraged to visit, and the team provides guidance on creating meaningful visits. An on-site hair salon is available for an additional charge.

Landmark Memory Care is operated by TRU Community Care, a nonprofit provider serving Lafayette, Boulder, Longmont, and surrounding Colorado communities, with decades of experience in hospice, palliative, and senior care.
